Meet Clarence. You’ve probably seen his work: those bright stickers in the store that say Clearance. In our house, we swear he’s a real guy. Every time we come home with something we didn’t plan on buying, the answer is the same: “Clarence recommended it. He put a sticker on it.” So Clarence picks the ingredients, and Jack figures out the rest. Some of it was marked down, some of it was a little odd, and all of it went home with us. These are the plates Jack cooked from Clarence’s finds, with the best we could do on a sale-rack budget. Turns out, Clarence has pretty good taste.
